Your safety as well as the safety of our partners and employees is our top priority. We have therefor put additional health and safety measures in place during our time with us. Our Travel with Confidence policy features have health and safety procedures from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave without depriving you the time of your life.

BEFORE YOU JOIN US;

Vaccination policy alongside flexible booking terms

We advise all our tourists to get the necessary doses of vaccine before their safaris and if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of departure, we shall avail flexible rebooking terms for a future date booking.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

Our travel guides are responsible for ensuring you have a time of your life while keeping you as safe as possible and below is how they are ready to achieve this;

• They have extensive local knowledge to proactively help you navigate wherever you’re travelling
• They can help you find local clinics if you’re feeling sick

• Their local knowledge allows for greater flexibility when it comes to knowing the best time to visit certain highlights to avoid crowds whenever possible and suggesting the restaurants with the strictest hygiene practices
• They’ll wear face masks when necessary based on local guidelines and recommendations, and they will remind you of when to wear yours as well.

DURING YOUR TOUR:

• Daily assigned seats for each traveller
• Wearing of a mask on the car if required locally
• After every safari, each surface is well kept and cleaned.
• No staff will enter your room after it has been cleaned for the day.
• In case of an emergency, you can ask the hotel stuff to enter your room with you in their presence.
• Daily cleaning and disinfecting of the surfaces inside your room
• We carefully select safe eating places during your safari.
• All equipment used during the safari will be cleaning regularly

BEFORE YOU LEAVE:

If you require a COVID-19 test before your leave the country in order to meet the entry requirements on returning home, our team will help you make the necessary arrangements with the laboratories.

In case you are not feeling well health-wise at the end of your safari, our team will help guide you the medical centre for treatment.
